Description

MTS-LIS-DN2550L3TT Level indicator set DN25/DN50 TC-TC 3000mm is an optional part of the CCT-M tank : The level indicator set allows showing level of the product in the tank. The LIS set consists of four parts : LI1 – upper LI connection part, LI2 – lower LI connection part, LI3 – glass tube, LI4 – protector of glass tube. The part is designed for connecting to the MTS-CS1 and MTS-RO1 parts of the CCT-M modular tank system. Connections 2x DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp” ⌀50.5 mm DN 25 / NW 25 (upper part) and 2x DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp” ⌀64 mm DN 50 / NW 50 (lower part) . Length of the glass tube and tube protector is maximally 3000 mm. Designed for tanks with height of the vessel up to 2800 mm.

MTS-LIS-DN2550L3TT is an optional accessory of the CCT-M cylindrical-conical tank system – position MTS-LIS (set of parts LI1, LI2, LI3, LI4) in the scheme of the tank.

The MTS-LIS-DN2550L3TT set includes :

1. MTS-LI1 the upper connection part :
   • 2x throat DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / NW 25 welded on the T-hub.
   • T-hub DN 25 / DN 8 for welding connectiion of all LI1 parts
   • Upper socket of the glass tube with the valve for closing the connection between tank and glass tube
   • Sealing for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm – for the CS1 connection.
   • Buckle for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm – for the CS1 connection.
2. MTS-LI2 the lower connection part :
   • 2x throat DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀64mm DN 50 / NW 50 welded on the T-hub.
   • T-hub DN 50 / DN 10 with welded connections of LI2 pipe and lower throats
   • Arm-pipe DN 10 between lower glass pipe socket and T-hub with knee 90°
   • Pipe-knee 90° DN 10
   • Lower socket of the glass tube with the valve for closing the connection between tank and glass tube, with the draining valve for draining of the level indicator
   • Sealing for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀64mm – for the RO2 connection.
   • Buckle for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp” ⌀64mm – for the RO2 connection.
3. MTS-LI3 – 2x Glass tube for indicating of the product level in tank – max 3000mm each (may be shorted)
4. MTS-LI4 – 2x Steel protector of the glass tube – max 3000mm each (may be shorted)
