Description

MTS-DO1-DN25TTV Bottom filling-draining pipe DN25TC/DN25TC with valve is am extension fitting for connecting the tank to the brewhouse using hoses, pumps, sanitation station, other tanks, bottle or keg fillers etc. Connections 2x DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / NW 25. Butterfly Valve DN 25 / NW25 is welded on the input/output side of the pipe.

MTS-DO1-DN25TTV is an optional accessory of the CCT-M cylindrical-conical tank system – position MTS-RO1 and MTS-DO1 in the scheme of the tank.

The MTS-DO1-DN25TTV fitting includes :

1. Pipe DN 25 / NW 25 – its length (including three segments) depends on the dimensions of the tank  – standard length is 500 mm
2. Knee-pipe DN 25 / NW 25 welded on the pipe No.1
3. Butterfly valve DN 25 / NW 25 welded on the output/input side of the pipe
4. Throat DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / NW 25 welded on the tank side.
5. Throat DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / NW 25 welded on the output side.
6. Sealing for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm – for the tank side connection.
7. Sleeve-ring for DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp”  ⌀50.5mm – for the tank side connection.
