MFPU-900-MG Mobile processing unit – it is a compact solution of the fruit processing plant that is available anywhere and whenewer you need. Fully equipped mobile production set with all machines needed to crushing and pressing of juice from fresh fruit without transport of fruit and its storage. Achieve and fill into your tanks the best fruit beverage directly on place where fruit was harvested, only from fresh fruit. Capacity up to 900kg fruit per hour.

The MFPU-900 fruit processing unit includes :

Standard equipment :

1. Trolley attachable to the car’s towing device
2. Electric switch box (for connection on electric socket on place with a power supply cable)
3. Fruit washing and crushing machine with capacity 900 kg/hr
4. Fruit belt press with capacity 900 kg/hr
5. Fruit juice collection vat with the centrifugal pump
6. Flow-through pasteurizer
7. Filling station (for the filling juice into plastic bags)
8. Tanks 3x 300L to storage of fruit juice

Optional equipment :

1. Diesel electric agregate (for independence on electric connection)
2. Pallet bin tipper
3. Sorting table with a belt conveyor
4. Belt conveyor for fruit residues
5. Tanks for juice with bigger capacity
6. Many other accessories according to customer´s needs

Requirements for use :

Connection to drinking water under pressure with a hose

Characteristics :

All machines are made of stainless steel. The trolley body is made of aluminium and it is covered with a tarpaulin. Optionally may be delivered with a tent system for fruit processing independently on weather.
