This is a modern beer storage technology – the BAG IN BOX. system.

Characteristics of BAG IN BOX. beer storage system :

1. The beer is stored in a PE bag that fills all the inside of the tank.
2. The bag is exchanged before each filling.
3. The bag ensures a high quality of beer.
4. Beer is pushed out of the tank by compressed air (acting on the outside of the bag). PE foil works as barrier between air and beer.
