Semiautomatic labeler for round bottles

Semiautomatic labeler, bench type for the application of self-adhesive labels on round containers (bottles).

Suitable also for containers with low mechanical resistance such as P.E.T.

Single station

This labeler is simple and effective: it can process a cylindrical containerbetween diameter 55mm and 120mm. Maximal length of the bottle 350 mm.

Basic machine is equipped with back label insertion (same reel) and machine can label also PET or low resistance materials.

The blocking of the bottle is made by a sponge roller that also activates the labeling cycle.

Electric panel is placed in the higher part of the machine and it includes a menu of settings, a new system for opening/closing of the knurled roller, photocell that reads bottle presence, autolearning type.

SPECIAL FEATURE INCLUDED: manual centering system to center the labels to an existing logo or spot on the capsule or label.

BLM-SA1001 series labels are very versatile semi-automatic machines that are well suited to the needs of the customer.
It is suitable for round bottles with only 1 label
