BREWMASTER 51 breweries – Recommended basic configurations of small breweries that are equipped with a wort machine BREWMASTER BM-50 and with several stainless steel fermenting tanks with usable volume 55 liters. Brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 55 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production one batch per day. The production capacity of the brewery is 50 liters of wort per one brewing day.

The brewing machine BREWMASTER BM-50 has a simplified design for production of beer using only the infusion brewing method, not the decoction brewing method.
